De Leoni Fine Jewellery is committed to a smooth and transparent shipping experience. As many of our pieces are bespoke, processing times vary. Please see below for details based on product type.

Processing Times for Bespoke Orders
Our bespoke pieces are handcrafted to order and typically require 4-6 weeks for processing. This timeframe allows our artisans to ensure each piece meets our high standards.

In-Stock Items
For items that are currently in stock, processing times are significantly shorter. In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Pre-Order Items
For items available for pre-order, estimated shipping times will be provided at the time of order placement. Please note that these times are approximate and subject to change.

Delivery Times and Shipping Methods
Once your item is ready for dispatch, we ship via Australia Post with insured and tracked services:

Within Australia: 3-7 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing times.

Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches you safely.
